Shipping and delivery

Holo Collectables ships orders within Australia. Shipping options, delivery estimates, and prices are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing

Orders are packed carefully for TCG collectors. We aim to dispatch stocked items as quickly as possible, and busy drop periods or pre-order arrivals may add extra handling time.

Pre-orders

Pre-order products ship after stock arrives and is checked in. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together unless a separate shipment is arranged.

Packing

Sealed products, singles, slabs, and accessories are packed with suitable protection for the item type.

Delivery issues

If a parcel is delayed, damaged, or appears missing, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate with the carrier.
