This website is operated by Snorlax Traders. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Snorlax Traders. Snorlax Traders offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Snorlax Traders is not currently registered for GST, and GST is not charged on orders.

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot be excluded by law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

You must not transmit any malicious code, viruses or harmful material.

A breach of these Terms may result in termination of your access to our Services where permitted by law.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We may refuse, suspend or cancel orders or access to our Services where permitted by law, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct or an inability to fulfil the order.

You understand that your content, excluding payment information, may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Payment information is always encrypted.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Service without our written permission.

Snorlax Traders sells trading card products and collectibles, including Pokémon, One Piece and other items.

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.

We reserve the right to limit sales, quantities or discontinue products at any time.

We do not guarantee that product images or colours will appear exactly the same on your device.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCT CONDITION AND RANDOMISED PRODUCTS

For single cards and collectibles, product photos form part of the description. Please review all details carefully before purchasing.

Condition assessments may be subjective. Graded cards reflect the grading company’s opinion and may differ if regraded.

Sealed products, booster packs and mystery packs contain random contents. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, individual card values, resale values or pull rates unless expressly stated in the product listing.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 6 - ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

We may refuse or cancel orders where:

  • products are unavailable;

  • there is a pricing or listing error;

  • payment fails;

  • fraud or misuse is suspected; or

  • we are unable to fulfil the order.

Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

SECTION 7 - PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order dates are estimates only and may change due to supplier or shipping delays.

If we cannot fulfil a pre-order, we will provide a refund or suitable remedy.

SECTION 8 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your details are correct.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.

If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us so we can assist.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
