Terms of service

By using the Holo Collectables website, placing an order, or using the pack simulator, you agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully.

Products and availability

Products, prices, stock, and release details may change. If a listing contains an obvious error or stock cannot be supplied, we may contact you to resolve the order.

TCG products

Trading card products can vary by print run, packaging, pull rates, and condition. Sealed products are sold as sealed collector products unless otherwise stated.

Pack simulator

The simulator is for entertainment and promotional engagement only. Digital pulls, simulated values, points, inventories, and leaderboard results are not physical cards, cash, stored value, or financial products. Rewards may be reviewed, limited, adjusted, or refused if abuse, automation, account sharing, or a technical fault is detected.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account details accurate and secure. Do not attempt to interfere with the store, checkout, simulator, rewards, or any other customer account.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
