Simulator Terms

Entertainment only

The Holo Collectables Pack Simulator is a free entertainment feature. Simulator packs, cards, pull outcomes, card values, reward points, and inventories are digital records inside the simulator only.

No gambling or cash value

Simulator pack openings do not require payment. Simulator cards and reward points are not cash, cannot be sold to Holo Collectables, and do not represent a real-money prize. Simulated card values are reference values only and may be based on third-party market data, internal estimates, or promotional values.

Account and email consent required

Customers must create or log into a Holo Collectables simulator profile to use the simulator. The simulator profile uses a username, email, and browser session cookie. Creating a new simulator profile also requires clear consent to receive Holo Collectables launch, restock, simulator reward, and first-purchase emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Daily free packs and bonus packs

Customers may open a limited number of free simulator packs each day. Holo Collectables may grant bonus simulator packs for purchases, promotions, events, or support reasons. Holo Collectables may change allowances, pause access, or reset simulator balances for maintenance, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.

Reward points and redemptions

Reward points may be granted from simulator activity, including opening packs or pulling high-tier simulator cards. Reward points have no cash value and are not transferable. Redemptions may require manual review and may be subject to minimum spend, expiry, product exclusions, or account checks.

Odds and simulated values

Simulator odds are intended to resemble physical pack rarity structures, but they are not a guarantee of physical product outcomes. Odds, card pools, simulated values, and reward values may change over time and may apply to future openings.

Data sources and intellectual property

Simulator card data, images, and market references may come from public third-party catalog and pricing sources, including Pokemon TCG API, TCGCSV/TCGplayer-derived data, and the official One Piece Card Game card list. Displayed values are estimates for entertainment and rewards only, may be delayed or manually adjusted, and are not purchase offers, appraisals, or cash values.

Holo Collectables is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Pokemon, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, The Pokemon Company, Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation, or the One Piece Card Game. Product names, card names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Abuse prevention and availability

Holo Collectables may restrict, suspend, or remove simulator access if accounts appear automated, duplicated, manipulated, or harmful to the store or other customers. The simulator may be changed, paused, removed, or reset at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
